This injection-molded plastic kit from the Ukrainian manufacturer Miniart in 1:35 scale represents the Soviet T-60 light tank in the late series with slat armor, built at the Gorky Automobile Plant. It is a set with a full interior, photo-etched parts and individually assembled track links. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
The T-60 was a Soviet light tank from the beginning of the Second World War, which served as an escort and reconnaissance vehicle. The late series received additional protection; the configuration with slat armor was meant to improve resistance to hits. The vehicle was powered by a GAZ automotive engine, which made mass production in car factories easier.
Thanks to the full interior, assemble and paint the inside of the hull, the engine and driver compartments before you close the hull up. The individual track links and the photo-etched parts call for patience and tweezers; the hatches can be built open to show the detail inside. Use a primer and an airbrush, bring out the interior and the recesses with a wash and finish the surface with pigments for dusty weathering.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
