Empty fenders and a clean engine deck are the quickest way for a model to give away that nobody ever sat in it. Real crews covered their vehicle with everything that could be tied on: a personal knapsack, a rucksack with spare clothing, a bag slung over the barrel. The load was always tied where it did not get in the crew's way, and it is precisely from that placing that a viewer can tell the builder knows how the vehicles were handled.
The set contains eight parts in cast resin, done as packs and knapsacks for ground vehicles and for cars. The castings are separated from the pour block with a saw, not by breaking, and before painting they need washing in lukewarm soapy water to rid them of mold release residue.
Conviction rises when a few straps of your own, in aluminum foil or thin paper, are added among the castings. The painting will take a bolder spread of shades, because personal equipment tended to be of different ages and origins and a uniform finish needlessly levels it out. The dimensions match 1:35 scale. Choose the placing according to what the crew had to reach: what they needed daily hung low on the sides, the rest went up onto the engine deck.
