Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic set of four figures of American soldiers deployed in Iraq around 2005, in 1:35 scale, from Trumpeter. Fabric vests (vinyl), photo-etched headset parts and further small items of kit are included, thanks to which the figures capture the equipment of the time faithfully.
The figures match the appearance of US Army soldiers in the period of the deployment in Iraq: a ballistic vest, a tactical helmet, protective goggles and modern small arms. The poses are chosen for patrol and combat scenes and they suit modern American armored as well as wheeled vehicles.
Separate the parts and join them with thin cement for plastic; glue the small photo-etched items with cyanoacrylate glue. Paint the uniforms with matte colors in a desert cast, and pick out the details of the faces with a dark wash and a dry brush. The vinyl vests take a more flexible acrylic paint better.
The figures are supplied unassembled and unpainted. Paints, glue and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
