A resin set from the Czech manufacturer CMK for detailed fitting out of the interior of the Bell UH-1D Huey transport helicopter in 1:35 scale. It is not a model in its own right but an accessory that replaces and completes the inside of the cargo and pilot compartments of plastic kits of this machine. The parts are cast sharply from resin.
The UH-1D was the lengthened transport version of the legendary Bell UH-1 Huey helicopter with a roomy cargo cabin for troops and freight. The open cabin of a Huey is very easy to see on a model, so a well worked interior with a floor, seats and cabin sidewalls makes a marked difference.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Finish the interior before closing the fuselage. Fine emphasis of the shadows, scuffs and wear on the loaded surfaces will add realism.
The set is an accessory, not a model in its own right. The helicopter kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
