1:35 Wicker Suitcases

Wicker Suitcases 1:35 - Vallejo

This resin diorama set holds wicker suitcases and luggage in 1:35 scale. The castings in light, pale resin faithfully capture the weave of the wicker, the straps and the catches. The accessory will bring scenes with refugees, movements of people or supply to life and will give a diorama a story; it is supplied unpainted.

Use

• telling civil stories (flights, movements, railway stations) in 1:35 scale
• loaded onto vehicles, carts and trailers as cargo
• small still lifes beside figures and in interiors

Finishing tips

Wash the suitcases to remove the mold release agent and cut the small casting remains off. Bond the resin with super glue. The wicker comes out well with a warm brown base, followed by a wash into the recesses and drybrushing on the raised parts; set the straps apart with a darker leather color.

Who it is for

For builders of dioramas and vignettes who are looking for storytelling accessories that fill out the human dimension of a scene.

This is a diorama accessory, not a vehicle kit. It is supplied unpainted, without paints and glue.
