1:35 Wooden Boats is a MiniArt diorama accessory in 1:35 scale — wooden boats for harbor, river and beach scenes.
Responsibility details are not available.
This item is not a vehicle or airplane model. It is a diorama accessory from the Ukrainian brand MiniArt: wooden boats in 1:35 scale, the same scale used for most military vehicle and figure kits. The parts are injection-molded plastic, and the set serves as a supporting element for a scene, not as a standalone boat model.
Small wooden boats are among the most versatile props there are. They work at a harbor pier, on a riverbank at a water crossing, in a fishing village, or in a beach landing scene. They can be placed on the shore upside down, leaned against the wall of a building, or partially submerged in the water. Details like these are exactly what give a diorama a story and a sense of scale, since viewers instantly judge the size of nearby equipment by a familiar object.
Wood is painted in stages: a grayish-brown base, then dry brushing with a lighter shade to bring out the plank texture, and finally a dark wash into the seams. Weathered, water-bleached wood is usually noticeably grayer than modelers expect — a heavily saturated brown looks like new furniture. The inside of the boat can take more grime: pigments, mud residue, boot scuffs. If the accessory sits in water, finish the water surface last and darken the lower edge of the hull beforehand so the transition does not look abrupt.
