The de Havilland DH.4 was a British two-seat day bomber of the First World War period, designed to rely on speed as its main protection. It was one of the most successful aircraft of its class and served with many units and in several engine variants.
With a biplane of this period, be ready for patience with the interplane gap, the struts and the bracing wires. Thin cement for plastic, a primer coat and an airbrush for clean period camouflage all work well. Glue the glazing and the fine parts carefully so that they do not cloud over.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
