The FMA IA 58 Pucará is an Argentine twin-engine turboprop ground-attack aircraft with the crew seated in tandem. It was created for service over its own territory from short, unpaved strips, which is reflected in its robust structure and the good view from the cockpits. The glazing is extensive, so both crew stations are exceptionally visible.

The parts of the QD range are applied as a decal. Leave the cut-out part in lukewarm water for about fifteen seconds and then slide it off the backing paper into place. The part has no adhesive layer of its own, so paint the base in the basic interior shade, let it dry thoroughly and go over it with a gloss coat such as Future, Klear or Tamiya X-22; it is precisely on gloss that it holds reliably. Bring the part over with tweezers or the point of a knife, seat it in place and press it with a soft cotton bud from the center outward; on an intricate shape a drop of cyanoacrylate glue helps. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals would attack the printed resin. The film is pliable and stands up to being formed into edges, recesses and the transitions of the side walls.
The set suits modelers who want to show a well-worked interior in a well-glazed cockpit without hours spent over a brush. The parts are tied in shape to a particular kit, so check before buying that they match your own model. The kit, paints and glue are not included, unless stated otherwise.
