An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:48 scale from Bronco. It is a new mold of the classic MiG-15 in its first-generation fighter form, with the swept wing and the characteristic circular air intake in the nose. The package contains plastic sprues, clear parts and decals.
The MiG-15 was a Soviet single-seat jet fighter that became one of the most widespread aircraft of its era. The combination of a swept wing, a powerful engine and heavy cannon armament made it a feared opponent in the first jet air combats. It served in dozens of countries and became a symbol of the start of the jet age.
Pay attention to joining the fuselage halves around the intake duct so that it lines up with the nose. Paint the cockpit and the nose gear bay before closing the fuselage. Natural metal surfaces will come out on a smooth, well-sanded base with a gloss foundation under the metallic finish.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
