1:48 Mikoyan MiG-25P/Mikoyan MiG-25PD Pre-cut painting masks

MiG-25P/PD painting masks 1:48 (Reskit)

A set of machine cut self-adhesive masks from the manufacturer Reskit, intended for a model of the Soviet interceptor Mikoyan MiG-25P and of its modernized form the MiG-25PD in 1:48 scale. It is not a kit but an aid for masking the canopy glazing and other areas cleanly. The masks are made of a thin masking film that follows the shapes well and leaves no adhesive residue when it is taken off.

Use

• Stick the masks onto the frames of the glazing and press them carefully to the edges, so that the paint does not run underneath.
• They allow a sharp separation of the cockpit frames from the glazed panels.
• Masks for the wheel rims, for clean painting of the tires, are usually included as well.
• Take the masks off once the paint has dried, while the finish is still fresh.

Who it is for

For modelers building the MiG-25P or the MiG-25PD in 1:48 scale who want clean cockpit frames without trimming tape by hand. It saves time and raises the level of the model.

Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
