A set of masks for the glazing of a PZL.37 Los model in the A and B versions in 1:48 scale, prepared for the kit from Mirage Hobby.
Responsibility details are not available.
The PZL.37 Los was a Polish twin-engine bomber of the second half of the 1930s. It had a slender fuselage with a glazed nose, a pair of radial engines and retractable landing gear. The A and B renderings differed from one another in the arrangement of the tail surfaces, and the set is listed for both.
The masks in 1:48 scale are prepared for the kit from Mirage Hobby. They follow the shape of the glazing frames, so you do not have to cut them from tape and the transition between the glass and the frame comes out sharp along its whole length. Which parts the set covers is given in the manufacturer's instructions.
Wash and degrease the clear part first, otherwise the mask will not hold. Lift the individual pieces off the sheet with the tip of a knife or with tweezers and apply them to the glass before spraying; press the edges down carefully so that paint cannot run under them. Spray the frames in the interior shade first and only then in the top color. Lift the mask shortly after the coat dries; on fully cured paint the edge tears away easily.
The set of masks alone is supplied. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
