Yahu Models - the Republic P-43A Lancer instrument panel 1:48 is a finished color photo-etched panel that is simply glued into the cockpit and calls for no painting.
Responsibility details are not available.
This panel from the Polish manufacturer Yahu Models is a finished, factory color-printed instrument panel of laminated photo-etched parts. The color dials are completed by a gloss varnish that imitates the glass of the instruments. This is not a model of the aircraft but a detail accessory for the cockpit, which replaces the basic part of the kit and needs neither painting nor decals.
The Republic P-43A Lancer is an American single-seat fighter from the turn of the 1930s and 1940s, the design predecessor of the later P-47 Thunderbolt. It was fitted with a turbocharger for high-altitude flight, and some of the aircraft were delivered to China. In 1:48 scale its cockpit with the instrument panel is clearly visible.
The panel is glued in with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) in place of the original part. It is advisable to degrease the surface and to work carefully with tweezers, so that the color layer does not get scratched. The panel is intended for models of the Republic P-43A Lancer in 1:48 scale.
This is an accessory for the cockpit, not a complete kit. Glue and the base model are not included in the package.
