The set contains 450 gallon wing drop fuel tanks together with pylons for building the American F-105 Thunderchief fighter-bomber in 1:72 scale. The parts are printed in modeling resin and offer a more faithful shape and detail than the parts from the base plastic kit. It is not a model of an airplane but a separate detail accessory.
The Republic F-105 Thunderchief was an American supersonic fighter-bomber deployed above all over Vietnam. For longer range it used drop fuel tanks hung under the wings, which this set reproduces together with the appropriate pylons.
Wash the uncured resin residue off the parts, cut off the print supports and clean them up with respiratory protection. Glue resin with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting, and the shades are best applied with an airbrush.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
