A plastic kit of the British A10 Mk.IA cruiser tank in 1:72 scale. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
Responsibility details are not available.
The British A10 cruiser tank came about in the second half of the 1930s as a more heavily armored counterpart to the lighter cruiser type, with which it shared a number of design features. The main armament was a 40 mm gun, known in British terminology as the two-pounder, complemented by a machine gun. It saw combat in the first years of the Second World War.
This is a plastic kit in 1:72 scale. The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted, the parts are on sprues and are joined with cement for polystyrene. The exact contents of the package and the range of marking options are given in the instructions supplied with the kit.
Separate the parts from the sprue with nippers and then sand the remaining gate so that no burr is left on the edge. Fill and sand the seams on the hull and the turret before painting, because in a small scale they show more after spraying than you expect. Prime the whole model and only then apply the base shade.
The kit suits modelers who collect armor in 1:72 scale and want a less usual British type from the beginning of the war in their display case. Paints, glue and tools are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
