The real subject

The Bf 110 was a German twin-engine combat aircraft with a long glazed cockpit for several crew members. The G-4 version was built as a night fighter: it received radar with aerials on the nose, and an operator who tracked the target on instruments joined the pilot. That is exactly what makes this machine's cockpit interesting for a modeler, because the glazing shows its whole length and there are considerably more instruments in it than in the day versions.

What the set contains

Color interior elements with a raised relief, that is the instrument panel, the side consoles and other cockpit surfaces. Application tips

• Check the instructions before application to see how the elements are attached; the method differs between the individual Kelik ranges and the manufacturer's instructions decide.
• Paint the surface first, let it cure thoroughly and degrease it, because the elements hold only on a smooth clean area.
• Lift the elements with tweezers, position them dry and press them down with a soft tool so that they seat into the corners too.
• With the long glazed cockpit it is worth test-fitting the assembly dry before you glue the fuselage permanently.
