Empty US 75 mm cartridge cases (Sherman), 1:72 are a resin accessory from Firma49 for bringing smaller dioramas with armored equipment to life.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin (3D printed) set in 1:72 scale is not a vehicle kit but a set of spent brass cases of the American 75 mm tank caliber. It serves to dress up smaller dioramas and fighting positions; cases scattered beside a vehicle suggest fire in progress even in a small scale.
The 75 mm gun was the main weapon of American medium tanks of the Second World War. After the shot the empty brass case was ejected and piled up beside the vehicle. The set captures these spent cases as a typical detail of a battlefield.
Because of the small size, work with tweezers and good light. Wash the parts in lukewarm water with detergent, separate them from the carrier blocks and fix them with cyanoacrylate. Bring the golden brass to life with a light wash; an irregular layout adds naturalness.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin parts. Glue, paints and the basic model are not included in the package.
