An injection-molded plastic kit from Italeri represents the German bomber Heinkel He 111H in 1:72 scale. The reboxing offers well-printed decals for several marking variants, so a modeler can choose a particular machine to suit their interest.
The Heinkel He 111 was one of the main medium bombers of the Luftwaffe, used from the Spanish Civil War through the Battle of Britain to the later phases of the Second World War. The H series was the most widespread and was characterized by the fully glazed rounded nose of the fuselage, which gave the pilot and the crew an excellent view out.
First finish the cockpit interior, and only then close up the fuselage. Mask the extensive glazing carefully. Build the engines and the landing gear separately. An airbrush suits Luftwaffe camouflage, bring out the panel lines with a fine wash and finish with a matte varnish compatible with the paint used.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
