An item from the range of figures in 1:48 scale tied to the OV-10D Bronco aircraft, the later version adapted for night observation.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Bronco is an American light observation and attack aircraft recognized by its high-set wing, its pair of tail booms and its glazed cockpit with the crew sitting one behind the other. The OV-10D version is a later modification for night observation: it was given a lengthened nose with optics for finding targets in the dark and served with the US Marine Corps.
This is an item from the range of figures in 1:48 scale tied to the OV-10D aircraft. How many figures the package contains and in what positions they are is given by the manufacturer in the instructions. An adult human comes out in 1:48 scale at around 36 mm, so the helmet, the vest and the boots are clearly apparent on a figure and even small areas can be worked on while painting.
Wash the surface of the parts in lukewarm water with a drop of detergent and let them dry off, and only then paint. Cut the excess material and the marks of manufacture off with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the spot with fine abrasive paper. Apply the paint in thin layers; a flying suit is brought to life well with a dark shade drawn into the folds and a lighter tone taken over the edges. Try the placement of a figure dry before you reach for the glue.
For a modeler who is building the OV-10D in 1:48 scale and wants people beside the machine. Paints and glue are not included in the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
