The LeO 451 mask set 1:72 are precisely cut self-adhesive masks from the manufacturer Omask for models of the French Lioré et Olivier LeO 451 bomber. The set is intended for the Heller and Smer kits.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set holds precisely cut self-adhesive masks for the cockpit glazing (and usually for the wheels as well) for a model of the French Lioré et Olivier LeO 451 bomber in 1:72 scale. The masks ensure sharp transitions between the glazing frames and the sprayed finish. It is neither an aircraft model nor resin parts, but an aid for painting. The set is intended for the Heller and Smer kits.
You stick the masks onto the clear parts, spray the cockpit and fuselage color over them and lift them off once dry. The result is clean, straight glazing frames with no laborious brush work. They save time and raise precision.
First degrease the glazing. Carry the masks with tweezers and press them down carefully against the edges of the frames so that paint does not creep under. Apply the paint in thin coats and lift the masks off while the finish is freshly dry.
This is an accessory for painting, not a model. The kit, paints and glue are not included in the package.
