Eduard 1:35 M-1131 additional armor plates is a photo-etched accessory, not a model. It adds faithful add-on armor to the Stryker M-1131 FSV.

A set of photo-etched parts from the Czech maker Eduard for the Stryker M-1131 FSV wheeled armored vehicle (fire support vehicle). It is not a model but an accessory with additional armor plates and their brackets, which are mounted on the hull of the vehicle.
The additional armor plates raised the protection of the Stryker in combat service. The photo-etched version offers thin panels with faithful relief and fine brackets of a kind that is hard to injection-mold in plastic. The model thereby gains the characteristic silhouette of a vehicle with add-on armor.
Cut the panels and brackets out at the fret and make the bends on a photo-etch bending tool. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue or epoxy, and degrease and prime them before painting. Take care that the plates sit square to the hull.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
