1:72 Stinson L-5 Sentinel / Stinson OY-2

Stinson L-5 Sentinel / OY-2 masking set in 1:72 scale (Peewit)

This is a set of precisely die-cut self-adhesive masks, not a kit. The masks are intended for models of the light liaison and observation aircraft Stinson L-5 Sentinel, or rather of its naval counterpart the OY-2, in 1:72 scale. Given the extensive cabin glazing of these aircraft, the masks make painting the frames cleanly considerably easier.

Use

• Lift the parts carefully off the sheet and stick them on the clear glazing according to the canopy frames.
• Press the edges of the masks down so that no paint runs under them.
• Apply the paint in thin coats, ideally with an airbrush.
• Lift the masks off carefully once the paint has dried.

Who the set is for

For modelers who want sharp transitions on the frames of a glazed cabin and cleanly painted glazing without laboriously building up tape.

The set holds masking templates only. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
