An injection-molded plastic kit of the TS-11 Iskra jet aircraft in the R Novax version in 1:72 scale from the Polish manufacturer Arma Hobby. To the plastic parts the Expert Set edition adds a photo-etched fret with cockpit details and intake covers, masks for the canopy and the wheels, and quality decals with several marking options.
The TS-11 Iskra was a Polish two-seat jet trainer and light attack aircraft, one of the first series-built jets of Polish design. The Iskra R Novax version was created for Polish naval aviation and carried reconnaissance and radar equipment in the nose. The aircraft served with the Polish Navy in the 1990s.
Glue the plastic with a thin plastic cement and the photo-etched elements with super glue. We recommend a primer and spraying with an airbrush. The supplied masks make it easy to paint the canopy frames and the tires cleanly; it is a good idea to paint the specific nose equipment of the Novax version before final assembly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
