A publication from the publisher Kagero devoted to the Soviet Lavochkin La-7 fighter of the end of the Second World War.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Lavochkin La-7 was a Soviet single-seat fighter of the end of the Second World War, developed from the earlier Lavochkin series. It was powered by an air-cooled radial engine, which gave the fuselage its characteristic stocky shape, and the structure combined wood with metal. In its day it was one of the most capable Soviet fighters at low and medium altitudes, where most of the combats on the Eastern Front were decided.
This is a title from the publisher Kagero devoted to the type. The extent, the language of the edition, the number of pages and whether the book contains drawings, photographs or a color supplement are not stated here; check them in the imprint of the publication.
Literature on a type is the surest way of avoiding the mistakes that can no longer be put right on a finished model: differences between series, the shape of the engine cowling, the interior of the cockpit or the real shades and surface condition of machines in the field. It is worth going through before you start gluing.
For modelers who build Soviet fighters and for readers interested in the aviation of the Eastern Front. It is a printed publication; a kit, decals and model parts do not go with it, unless stated otherwise.
