Responsibility details are not available.
An add-on set from the Russian manufacturer Temp Models in 1:72 scale, printed from photopolymer. The contents are a multiple ejector rack which, according to the manufacturer, serves for carrying, transporting and forcibly releasing four aerial bombs of various forms up to the one hundred kilogram class. The set fills out the stores of a finished kit.
The MBD2-67U is a Soviet multiple ejector rack, that is the counterpart of Western multiple racks. It is hung on an aircraft pylon and carries four bombs of a smaller class, so a single hardpoint takes several weapons at once. It differs from the larger type meant for six bombs in its dimensions and its load capacity. It appeared on Soviet and Russian tactical aircraft across a wide range of tasks.
The parts are printed from photopolymer, so thin print supports are left on them. Cut them away with a sharp scalpel or photo-etch nippers and sand the pad they leave with fine abrasive paper. They are glued with cyanoacrylate glue, that is with super glue, because polystyrene cement has no effect on this material. Lay down a filler primer before painting; it will at the same time reveal any remains of the supports. Sanding is best done wet and with respiratory protection.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
