The launchers for the Su-30SM 1:32 are a 3D printed resin set of launchers and pylons for guided missiles for a model of the Su-30SM in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains 3D printed resin launchers on which the Su-30SM carries guided missiles, in 1:32 scale. It is not a model of an aircraft but an accessory for the load. The print holds the sharp edges of the rails, the attachment fittings and the small connectors, which in an injection mold are inevitably rounded off.
The Su-30SM carries its weapons on twelve points under the wing, under the air intakes and between the engine nacelles. The lighter close-combat missiles are fired from rail launchers, while the heavier missiles and bombs hang on pylons of their own. The arrangement of pylons on this modern Russian version differs from the older machines of the Su-27 family, because the machine carries newer weapons as well. For a model it is the detail that decides whether the load sits correctly.
First wash the 3D printed parts in warm water with a little dish soap, so that they are rid of the residue of printing resin. Cut the supports off with a sharp blade or a fine saw as close to the part as possible and sand the marks down with your airways protected. Resin does not bond with cement for polystyrene, so use cyanoacrylate glue. Lay a thin coat of primer on before painting, otherwise the paint holds poorly on a smooth print. Assemble and paint the weapons separately and glue them onto the pylon only once the varnish has dried, so that the fine surfaces are not rubbed.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
