A plastic kit of the McLaren P1 supercar in a white finish from the Quick Build line. The parts click together, so neither glue nor paints are needed for the build.

The McLaren P1 is a British supercar that was built in a limited production run. You can tell it by the low body with its deeply cut-away sides, the upward-opening doors and the large deployable wing at the rear. The power unit sits behind the cabin: a turbocharged eight-cylinder engine paired with an electric motor. The set matches the white finish of the car.
This is a kit from the Quick Build line, that is, a model without gluing. The parts are of colored plastic and click into one another, so the finished car has its color from the factory and no glue is used anywhere. That shortens the build to a single afternoon, and even a modeler who has no tools yet can manage it.
The parts fit into one another with shaped locks, so always press them fully home, or the joint will stay open. Before joining two parts, check the hole and the pin: if any flash from production is left in them, take it off carefully with a fingernail or with the blunt edge of a knife. Snap joints hold firmly, so count on taking them apart only in exceptional cases and do not pull on the thin parts of the body. The model does not have to be painted, but anyone who wants to can pick out the grilles, the wheel faces or the interior with paint.
The set suits beginning modelers, children building under supervision and anyone who wants a car in the display case without a long stretch of painting work. The package holds the parts of the model; paints, glue and tools are not needed for the build and are not included, unless stated otherwise.
