This is a water-thinnable protective varnish on an acrylic-polyurethane base, not a paint. It dries to a translucent clear satin film that evens out the surface of the model and protects the paint and the decals against abrasion and handling. The polyurethane binder gives a markedly harder and more durable layer than ordinary acrylic varnishes, while keeping the easy handling and cleaning with water. The varnish is compatible with the Mecha Color range and with other acrylic paints.
For modelers who want to seal finished work permanently with a durable satin sheen, and for collectors who handle their models and need protection against wear.
Store out of the reach of children. Work in a ventilated room; do not let the varnish dry in the airbrush.
