1:48 Martin B-26 C Marauder - EXPERT Kabuki Masks (for ICM 48328 and 48324 Kits)

New Ware Martin B-26C Marauder EXPERT kabuki masks 1:48

An extended set of self-adhesive masking templates in kabuki (washi) tape from the Czech brand New Ware for a model of the Martin B-26C Marauder medium bomber in 1:48 scale. Besides the glazing and the wheels, the EXPERT version contains masks for further details of the aircraft, so it covers more areas in airbrush painting than the basic set.

The real subject

The Martin B-26 Marauder was a fast American twin-engine medium bomber used in the Second World War. The extensive glazing of the nose, the cabin and the gun positions makes it a model where masking with templates speeds the work up markedly and makes it more accurate.

Use

• Stick the masks onto a clean surface and press them onto the frames and the details.
• Apply the paint with an airbrush; the EXPERT version lets you mask areas beyond the cabin and the wheels as well.
• Once the paint has dried, remove the masks carefully.
• Suitable for acrylics, enamels and lacquers.

Who the set is for

• Advanced builders of the B-26C Marauder in 1:48 scale.
• Modelers who demand the maximum of crisply separated areas.
• Those for whom the basic BASIC range is not enough.

This is a masking set, not an airplane model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
