Tanned leather tends to be noticeably warmer and reddish in its darker places, and Leather Reddish Tone from the Lifecolor acrylic range is a shade for exactly this position.
Responsibility details are not available.
Tanned leather is not uniformly brown. Depending on the method of tanning and on age it shifts from a cool gray-brown through ocher all the way to a markedly warm color pulled toward red, the kind you know from belts, harness and older seats. Leather Reddish Tone from the Lifecolor acrylic range occupies precisely this reddish position and in the leather block of the range it stands opposite the cooler shades.
The reference and the surroundings decide. A reddish leather comes out where cool surroundings enclose it: steel, gray textile, a faded hemp rope. In such a scene the leather parts form a color accent that holds attention without looking garish. Beside warm brown areas, on the other hand, it is better to deploy it only in small places, or it will merge. It also pays to watch how leather ages: the places that are often bent and polished by rubbing tend to be pulled furthest toward red, while the protected areas under buckles stay darker.
