SFX Thick Blood

Vallejo SFX Thick Blood

A water-thinnable acrylic effect paint from the Special FX line in the Thick Blood version, in a dropper bottle of 18 ml. It is not an opaque paint but a ready-made special effect: a thicker, darker red substance that imitates clotted, dried or pooled blood on figures and dioramas. Compared with the Fresh Blood effect it looks darker and less glossy, so it suits older wounds and dried traces.

Use

• Apply with a brush onto wounds, blades, weapons and areas where blood is to look dried and pooled.
• Thanks to its thicker consistency it holds its shape and creates a three-dimensional, droplet-like effect.
• Combine it with the Fresh Blood effect for a transition between fresh and dried blood.
• Water-thinnable, non-toxic, odorless; the brush is cleaned with water.

Who it is for

For figure painters, gamers and diorama makers who want to render thick and dried blood effects convincingly on fantasy or science fiction models.

Shake the bottle well before use. Keep out of the reach of children.
