A holographic blue of the Gundam Marker EX line under the designation Wing of Light. A marker ready for immediate use, whose glitter changes the shade with the angle of the light.
Responsibility details are not available.
A holographic blue of the Gundam Marker EX line. Very fine glittering particles are dispersed in the binder, so the area does not look like a uniform coat of paint: depending on the viewing angle and on where the light falls from, it jumps between blue and cooler flashes. The shade carries the designation Wing of Light and is mixed for effect elements that are meant to look more like a glow than like painted sheet metal.
The marker is not thinned and needs neither a brush nor an airbrush. Shake it before work and press the tip carefully several times on a piece of scrap plastic, until the paint reaches the point; only then move onto the model. Try the shade and its depth on a hidden area. Apply two thin coats rather than one heavy one and let the surface dry between them, otherwise the solvent from the tip will pick up the previous coat. The base has to be clean and degreased, and the glitter comes out more strongly on a smooth glossy surface than on a matte one. Before you varnish a finished area, try the combination on a sample, because a clear coat can dampen the sparkle.
For builders of robots and science fiction models who want a showy surface without setting up an airbrush. The marker is supplied on its own; the kit, thinner and varnish are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
