IAF F-16C / F-16I Sufa/Storm Compact Series is a plastic kit in a stylized form with no scale from the Taiwanese brand Freedom Model Kits. A cartoon-like shape, but a classic build in plastic.

A plastic kit from the Taiwanese brand Freedom Model Kits out of the Compact Series line. It is a stylized egg-plane model: the aircraft is deliberately shortened with an oversized nose section, yet it keeps recognizable features of the real machine, that is, the shape of the cockpit, the fin, the intake and the stores. Models of this line are not built in any particular scale. The build proceeds just as with an ordinary injection-molded kit, only with a markedly smaller number of parts, so the model is finished in one or two evenings.
The F-16C is the single-seat version of the American multirole fighter, with its characteristic one-piece canopy and the intake under the fuselage. The F-16I is the Israeli two-seat variant, adapted to the requirements of the Israeli Air Force, among other things with equipment for long combat missions. The two versions differ visually above all in the number of seats in the cockpit and in the dorsal spine carrying additional equipment, which is clearly apparent on a stylized model.
Snip the parts off with nippers and sand the sprue remnants. Glue with thin cement for plastic applied by capillary action into the seams. Paint the cockpit and the landing gear bays before closing the fuselage. Given how simple the build is, this is an ideal model on which to try new techniques, whether an airbrush, masking tape or pigments. A gloss coat under the decals prevents silvering, and a matte coat at the end unifies the surface.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
