It is the dark blue used for American national markings and lettering on aircraft. The paint has a thin consistency ready for spraying straight from the bottle and is intended exclusively for the airbrush — not for a brush. Use

• Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
• Apply it with an airbrush only, in thin, even coats; the paint is ready to spray.
