About product

IONIC Red (AMMO) — an acrylic paint for figures

IONIC Red is a water-thinnable acrylic paint from the range developed for painting figures, miniatures and wargaming models. It is a basic, pure red shade with high pigment saturation and a smooth binder. Once dry it forms a durable matte surface ready for further modeling techniques.

Use

  • Thinned with water or an acrylic thinner; suitable for brush and airbrush.
  • Shake well before use and apply in thin coats.
  • It serves as a base red area and as a ground for lighter and darker transitions.
  • It takes washes, oils, pigments and a matte or gloss coat.

Who it is for

For painters of figures and miniatures and for wargamers who need a reliable pure red shade as the base of color transitions.

The paint is a water-thinnable acrylic. Keep out of the reach of children and ventilate while airbrushing. It is not a spray or a lacquer.
