Tamiya LP-17 Linoleum Deck Brown modeling paint, a brown shade named after the linoleum used to cover ship decks. It belongs to the Tamiya LP range.
Responsibility details are not available.
Linoleum Deck Brown is a brown shade named after the linoleum covering of ship decks. On warships it was laid in strips and held down to the metal deck by narrow battens, which stay visible after spraying as regular light lines. The shade is therefore the first choice for models of ships whose deck was neither wooden nor bare steel but covered with linoleum.
The paint belongs to the LP range from Tamiya. The thinner intended for this range and the thinning ratio are stated by the manufacturer on the packaging, so follow that; with a thinner from another range the paint may curdle. Stir the contents of the bottle thoroughly before use, as the pigment settles at the bottom during storage. Spray in a well-ventilated space and close the bottle between fillings, as the paint thickens in the air.
The paint is supplied on its own. Thinner, brush, model and clear coat are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
