Responsibility details are not available.
The RX-78-2 Gundam is the title machine of the Japanese animated series Mobile Suit Gundam of 1979 and by far the best known form of the whole brand. The shapes that the later series only vary are derived from it: the angular torso with a prominent chest, the head with short horns and the shield carried on the forearm. For most collectors it is the starting piece with which a collection of mobile suits begins, and that is why the manufacturer repeatedly returns to render it in new forms.
It is a plastic kit of a mobile suit from the Gundam series. The designation Internal and the version letter A distinguish it from the other renderings of the same machine. The number of parts, their colors and the way they are joined are described in the manufacturer's instructions; the order in which the individual sub-assemblies are put together is also governed by them.
Separate the parts with modeling nippers a little away from the part and level the remaining stub with a sharp blade or a file, so that the mating surfaces sit with no play. Before you join anything permanently, assemble the sub-assembly dry and check whether the moving parts do not block one another. Whether glue is needed for the joints is stated in the instructions. Before painting, wash and degrease the surface and apply rather several thin coats than one thick one, so that the edges and the fine engraving are not lost.
The kit suits anyone interested in Japanese science fiction mechs and collectors who want to have the best known machine of the series in a form intended for assembly. Paints, glue and tools are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
