1:24 other military vehicle accessories is reserved for the diorama oddments that belong with large-scale military subjects, from hand tools to the equipment of a position. 1:24 shares accessories with its neighbouring sizes only rarely, which makes choosing to the exact size worth the care. A crate or a jerrycan in this size is large enough to be read as an object in its own right, which is exactly why the ratio has to match: the full spread of stowage, tooling and position equipment is in other military vehicle accessories, and the vehicles built to stand among it in 1:24 military vehicle kits.
