A light, slightly grayed green to the RAL standard, in a bottle of thirty milliliters. Inside a cab it makes a calm background against which the instruments and the controls then come out. Light green interiors were common on motive power because they raise the brightness in a cramped space.
The product is solvent-borne and goes straight into an airbrush. An interior is often finished with a brush, though, because spraying into the corners of a cab is awkward; the paint will stand it, only lay it in a thin coat and draw the strokes in one direction. Do not thin it with water; the line has a thinner of its own for that. Once dry the surface can be gently darkened with a glaze, so that the cab does not read flat.
