A universal open stand in a corner build. Two things set it apart from ordinary organizers. First, it is open, so you can see the contents and reach them from several sides instead of pulling things out of deep compartments. Second, it is a corner piece, that is made exactly for the place where two edges of a bench top meet and where an ordinary straight stand either does not fit or takes up more than it needs to.

Where it makes sense

• The corner of a bench top against a wall, which today serves rather as a dumping ground.
• A workstation where you want the aids in sight and not hidden behind doors.

How to fit it into a workstation

Corner space is most valuable in lying out of the path of your hand. What belongs in it is therefore the things you use often but not continuously. Whatever you hold in your hand every minute, leave on the top in front of you. An open construction also has its price: dust settles straight onto the contents, so it pays to go over the stand now and then with a brush and a damp cloth. It also holds that things should not be stacked in an open stand, otherwise exactly the advantage you bought it for disappears.

For modelers with a smaller or irregularly shaped bench who need to use every centimeter, and for anyone who likes having their equipment visible. It also serves well in a clubroom, where it should be clear at first glance what is where.
