A large mixing palette in a version with two separate trays and removable partitions. One tray divides into ten compartments and the other into five, so according to the work you choose either many small doses for fine transitions or fewer larger doses for covering areas. The partitions can be taken out, thanks to which the palette is easy to clean and, if need be, you can turn it into an open mixing surface. The package consists of six pieces in all: two trays, two partitions and two pins.

Use

• Mixing a larger number of shades at once, for example for modulation or transitions on figures
• Preparing thinned paint for a brush and for an airbrush
• Mixing two-part putty or putting a drop of glue aside
• Working with washes and filters, where several dilutions have to be kept side by side
• Dividing the area according to the need of the moment thanks to the removable partitions

Who the palette is for

It suits modelers for whom a basic small palette is not enough: builders of figures who work with a set of related shades, and those who paint larger models of vehicles and need to prepare a greater volume of thinned paint. The removable partitions make it a general-purpose aid that you will put to use just as well on paint, putty and glue.

Follow the safety instructions of the maker of the paints and thinners used. Work in a ventilated room, clean the palette straight after work and put it away out of the reach of children.
