Responsibility details are not available.
The scenarios of tabletop games turn around the places that are played for: points being claimed, tasks and zones that have to be held. For the state of a game to be checked quickly, such a place has to be marked so that it cannot be overlooked. A light blue gem of the 12 mm size given in the name suits this role precisely because it stands apart from the terrain and from the figures and does not merge with a dark mat.
The proven procedure is to set aside a single meaning for each color and to keep to it across the whole evening. When light blue always means an objective, players do not have to think about what each gem means and a game flows faster. A light shade at the same time works well in photographs of tables in play, which many players keep for the sake of continuing a campaign.
For players of tabletop games and of scenarios with points being claimed, for gaming clubs that often change the layout of a table and for creators of their own missions and campaigns. It finds a use everywhere the surface in play is to be legible even to an onlooker who comes up to it in the middle of a game.
