DSPIAE PLD-01CR Super Corgi Butts is a test piece for a trial spray of paint in the clear version. It shows a shade the way it will look once dry, not the way it looks in the bottle.
Responsibility details are not available.
An aid for painting, not a paint. The test piece, shaped like a corgi's rear end, serves to let you spray a shade for practice and see it in its final form before you touch the model. This is the clear variant; the manufacturer makes the same aid in a black and in a white version as well. A transparent test piece has one property besides that the opaque variants do not: you can look at the sprayed coat from the back as well and judge how the paint covers and how heavily you have laid it on. That is invaluable with tinting and smoke shades, with which the result cannot be guessed from the look in the bottle.
For modelers who work with a larger number of shades and want certainty before they start spraying a finished model. The clear variant suits in particular anyone who often works with transparent shades, smoke lacquers or thin opaque coats and needs to see how much paint there actually is on the surface. With all three versions you get the full picture of how a paint behaves on a dark, a pale and a transparent base.
