Plastruct Profile Z 3.2 x 2.0 mm

An extruded polystyrene Z-profile measuring 3.2 x 2.0 mm with a wall 0.8 mm thick and a length of 375 mm. The package holds one piece. It serves as a building material for scratch-building, making your own parts and modifying kits.

Use

  • Imitating stiffening sections, purlins and load-bearing members on models and in dioramas.
  • Adding your own structural parts to plastic kits and modifying them.
  • It is cut by scoring and snapping and dressed with a file and abrasive paper.
  • It is glued with liquid cement for polystyrene or with cyanoacrylate glue.

Who it is for

For modelers and diorama builders who need accurate plastic profiles for faithful structures.

A material for modeling work; it is neither a finished model nor a kit.
