A turned metal barrel of the 8.8 cm KwK 36 L/56 main gun for the early model of the Tiger I tank in 1:25 scale from the maker Aber. It is not a kit but a detail accessory – an accurately turned barrel with a faithful muzzle brake that replaces the plastic barrel, removes the mold seams and ensures a perfect alignment.
The Tiger I was a German heavy tank of the Second World War armed with the 8.8 cm KwK 36 gun 56 calibers long. The early model was marked out by a two-chamber muzzle brake and the matching layout. The gun was famous for its great penetrating power even at long range.
Cut the barrel off the leftover stub, clean it up and fit it in place of the plastic one. Metal guarantees an ideally straight barrel with no sag. Degrease before painting and use a primer suitable for metal.
This is a metal detail accessory, not a complete model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
