Responsibility details are not available.
A reddish-brown wood shade from the Mr.Paint lacquer line, intended for the wooden parts of First World War aircraft. It imitates the darker, red-toned wood of laminated propellers and fine hardwoods such as appeared on varnished propellers and wooden airframe parts. It works as the dark tone of wood, for alternating with lighter layers of a laminated propeller, and as a base under oil glazes for a convincing grain. The paint is a solvent-based lacquer supplied ready to spray, with fine pigment and fast drying to a smooth, gently satin surface.
For modelers of First World War aircraft who build convincing wooden surfaces, laminated propellers above all, and who work with an airbrush and lacquer paints. Mr.Paint lacquers are not primarily intended for brush painting.
Lacquer-based paint: flammable. Spray in a well-ventilated area and with respiratory protection (a respirator), out of the reach of children and away from open flame.
