Responsibility details are not available.
A combined set from the Italian brand Lifecolor in a compact version, aimed at rust and corrosion. According to the name it brings together modeling paints and pigments: paint builds the tone and the area, pigment adds the grain and the depth of corrosion that is flaking off. The word compact in the name points to a smaller package on the same subject.
Believable rust never rests on a single shade. A fresh bloom is light and orange, older corrosion darkens to brown, and long neglected metal goes over into a deep red with almost black places. The set gives this range together in a smaller package, so it suits a particular project or a first acquaintance with the technique of corrosion effects. It comes into its own on military equipment, in wreck scenes and on railroad vehicles, but just as well on fences, drums, sheet-metal shelters and other accessories of a diorama.
For modelers who are only trying corrosion effects out or need them for one particular build, and for builders of dioramas who are happy with a smaller package.
Caution: Keep the paints and the pigments out of the reach of children, work in a ventilated room and close the packages carefully after use.
