A plastic profile of square section made of polystyrene by Plastruct. The rod has a section of roughly 4.8x4.8 mm and a length of 250 mm. It is a ready modeling material for scratch-building — putting together your own structures, braces and frames — not a model kit.
The profile is easily shortened to length with a knife and bonded with cement for plastic or with super glue. Once primed, styrene can be painted with ordinary modeling paints and combined with other profiles and sheets.
For modelers and builders of dioramas and architectural models who put together their own structures and need an accurate square profile.
