Screwdrivers for fine modeling work with small screws. They suit assembly as well as the careful taking apart of parts and tools.

Screwdrivers intended for fine modeling and workshop work. They come into their own wherever a small screw turns up in modeling: on accessories and stands that come apart, when maintaining and dismantling tools, on the electronics in moving models or on the fittings of a display case. An ordinary large screwdriver is coarse for such work, the tip wobbles in the slot and chews it out at the first bite.
Always reach for the tip that fills the slot across its whole width and depth. A narrower tip bears only on the edges and strips the head. Hold the screwdriver in line with the screw and press on it lightly while turning, because small joints are tightened by feel, not by force. Do not overtighten a thread in plastic, as the soft material gives way sooner than you expect. Put the screws into a dish as you take things apart and work over a light-colored mat; a small screw that falls on a carpet really does take a long time to find.
Keep the tips clean and dry, wipe them after work and protect them from damp. Do not use a screwdriver as a pry bar, a chisel or a scribing tool, because a bent or broken tip will then ruin every screw you put it into. Store them so that the tips do not knock against each other and do not lie loose among the rest of the tools.
For modelers who work with small mechanical parts and want tools to hand that match the size of the joints. The screwdrivers are supplied on their own; the model, paints, glue and other tools are not part of the package, unless stated otherwise.
