Super Silver Metalic

Mr.Paint Super Silver Metalic (30 ml)

A metallic silver lacquer paint from the Mr.Paint (MRP) modeling range. It is a solvent-based acrylic lacquer that comes pre-thinned from the factory and ready to be sprayed straight from the bottle. Very fine metal particles create a realistic bright metal surface, suited to imitating unpainted (natural) metal, silvered areas and metal details. The paint is intended solely for the airbrush and is not suitable for brush application.

Use

• Spray with an airbrush in several thin coats; the paint is pre-thinned and ready for immediate use (nozzle about 0.3 mm)
• The best metal effect comes out over a smooth gloss black undercoat
• A low pressure of approximately 10–25 psi is recommended
• For fine techniques it can be thinned further with the matching lacquer thinner of the same range
• Clean the airbrush and the tools with lacquer cleaner or thinner

Who it is for

For modelers working with an airbrush who want to achieve a realistic metal or silver look on aircraft, cars and other models. Given the character of a lacquer paint, it is better suited to more experienced users.

It is a solvent-based lacquer paint: it is flammable and has a pronounced odor. Use it only in a well-ventilated area, ideally with extraction and a respirator, away from open flame. Intended solely for the airbrush. Keep out of the reach of children.
