TS-48 Gunship Grey 100ml

Tamiya TS-48 Gunship Grey, a lacquer spray, 100 ml

A spray paint from Tamiya's TS line with a volume of 100 ml. It is a synthetic lacquer that dries quickly into a smooth, even surface. The Gunship Grey shade is the gray associated with the camouflage of modern American tactical (combat) aircraft. It is not a kit but a paint for finishing a surface. The spray is ready for immediate use, with no thinning and no airbrush.

Use

• The gray finish for models of modern American tactical aircraft and for other plastic models
• Even coverage of larger surfaces straight from the can, with no need for an airbrush
• It is applied in thin coats from a distance of about 25–30 cm onto a clean, degreased surface; ideally over a primer.
• Once dry, the panel lines and details can be brought out with enamel paints and a wash, which do not attack the lacquer layer
• Suitable for plastic models; it is not intended for clear polycarbonate (Lexan) RC bodies

Who it is for

For modelers of aircraft who build modern American combat machines or who are looking for a faithful tactical gray. Suitable for experienced modelers and for beginners who can handle sprays.

The can is pressurized and the contents are highly flammable. Do not spray into a flame or onto hot objects, do not pierce the can or throw it into a fire, and do not expose it to heat above 50 °C or to sunlight. Use only in a well-ventilated area and protect your airways, eyes and skin. Keep out of the reach of children.
